Catholic Charities Westside Head Start is now enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year. Registration will take place every Thursday from June 8-29, 2017 from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the Care1st Avondale Resource Center.

Catholic Charities Westside Head Start provides comprehensive early childhood education through a holistic approach by working with the whole family. Our programs emphasize pre-reading, language, math, cognitive skills, health, as well as social and emotional competence to prepare disadvantaged children for school and to maximize their potential for a bright future.

Early Head Start provides low-income parents of infants and toddlers with programs that emphasize parenting skills and early childhood development for ages 0-3, while Head Start offers a comprehensive pre-school enrichment for children of low-income families, ages 3 to 5.

Please bring the following documents:

· Child’s birth certificate

· Child’s immunizations

· Proof of income:1040, W-2, pay stub, letter from employer

· Proof of address

· Medical insurance card

· Medical/dental home information address
