Job Fair offered at Avondale City Hall

 The City of Avondale, in partnership with Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, will host a Job Fair on Thursday, August 24  from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The event will be on site at the Avondale City Hall, 11465 W. Civic Center Drive, Avondale, AZ 85323. 

With more than 20 businesses signed up to accept resumes, the job fair will provide experienced and highly-motivated job seekers options to find work. Attendees are advised to bring copies of their resume, and come prepared to meet many local prospective employers representing various industries including warehouse, production, government, retail/food service, medical and caregiving.  

Job seekers who plan to attend the Job Fair may also wish to take advantage of another opportunity that same day. Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona will hold a Branding Seminar at 4 p.m. for those interested in learning tips on how to stand out from the crowd during job fairs and interviews.
