You are invited to participate in a series of nutrition classes that will be offered by Care1st Avondale Resource Center and the University of Arizona, Maricopa County Cooperative Extension. The classes are provided at no cost!! The following lessons will be offered:

· MyPlate

· Key Nutrients

· Food Safety

· Stretching the Food Dollar                                                     

· Calories and Fats

· Osteoporosis Prevention

We will offer a series of 6 classes on Monday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in Spanish and 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in English, beginning September 18, 2017.
