Celebrate Día de los Muertos at Sam Garcia Library. We will be creating vibrant sugar skulls using diffusion paper and decorating your own popsicle stick frames. In this hands-on program, participants can explore the cultural significance of the holiday while crafting unique and colorful keepsakes. All ages are welcome, and all supplies will be provided.
