Chelsey Gordon, a West Valley resident and Avondale Public Library patron, has published her debut book, Echoes of Absence. This poetry collection, written in a memoir narrative style, reflects on the profound grief she experienced after losing her father and sister during her teenage years.
Through her work, Chelsey strives to create a safe space for readers to explore and process their own grief.
