Our workshops will highlight assistance for the Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Electronic Filing program now in place.
Starting with the January 2018 filing period, the new Residential Rental E-Solution will improve the TPT filing process by allowing PMCs/POs to file and pay TPT on behalf of their clients using the new electronic filing solution.
As such, ADOR is here to assist with the final launch and has planned an “Open House” event with individual workshops to help reach out and educate taxpayers who may need hands-on assistance with licensing their properties.
We have had great feedback from other PMC attendees at our last Open House workshop. These workshops provide an enhanced customer service experience and will help protect confidential information.
At the event, ADOR will greet attendees with subject matter experts to assist with PMC Registration & Engagement, AZTaxes.gov e-File and Pay and License Renewals.
Workshops will be held at ADOR, 1600 W. Monroe St. Phoenix, 85007.
Please note: Our lobby will be under construction through the end of March.
The main entrance has been temporarily relocated to the north side of the building,
which is where attendees will check-in with security and be escorted to the workshop.
