Avondale to host Saturday Passport Event, before fees increase

Get your passport processed before fees increase!  According to the U.S. Department of State, passport “execution fees” will increase from $25 to $35 starting April 2, 2018.

Save on fees now before the increase takes place and get your passport with the City of Avondale acceptance facility, at Avondale City Hall (11465 W Civic Center Drive, Avondale 85323). Hours of operation are 7 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. No appointment is necessary.

A complete list of documents needed are listed at www.avondaleaz.gov/passports .  The convenience of a copy machine and ability to have photos taken on sight are available for a fee.

Also, if weekdays are not convenient to you, City of Avondale will be hosting a special Avondale Passport Event, Saturday March 24 at Avondale City Hall.  The times are 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for this event.
