Understanding Rental Laws in Community Associations

Mr. Goodman will cover what boards can and cannot do, what information landlords must provide about their tenants, how to enforce tenant/landlord violations, the impact of crime and how to address it and will have a short Q&A period at the end.

 

Registration is required. There is no fee to attend; however, registration is required and space is limited to 40. A minimum of 15 registrants is needed to hold the event.
