Your child’s first few years are so important! Learn how to make the most of them with “Active Parenting: First Five Years,” which is a program for parents and other caregivers. Written by parenting expert (and dad) Dr. Michael Popkins, this course will show you how to nurture your child with a “just right” combination of freedom and nonviolent discipline. The workshop will take place Tuesdays, November 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, 2018 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in English. The class will also be provided in Spanish Wednesdays, November 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th, 2018 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Care1st Avondale Resource Center.
