Anyone wishing to speak at an upcoming meeting regarding items listed on the agenda or under "Unscheduled Public Appearance" should submit an online Request to Speak form at least one hour prior to the start of the meeting. Request to Speak cards are also available at the meeting and should be submitted to staff prior to the start of the meeting. It is the policy of the City of Avondale to not comment on items brought forth under unscheduled public appearance. However, staff can be directed to schedule items raised for a future agenda.
