The Property All-Star Curb Appeal Award Program honors well-maintained landscapes that enhance the community.  It recognizes property owners, both residential and commercial, who demonstrate pride in their properties, setting a high standard for others.  

Nominations are currently being accepted through the AviWise App or by email at emailcodecompliance@avondaleaz.gov. Please include the address, pictures, and a brief statement about the property in your nomination submission.
